Introduction

ARGOS prévoyance SA is committed to the protection and confidentiality of personal data and strives to provide the highest level of protection for your personal data in compliance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection (LPD 01.09.2023). Our general Privacy Policy  governs the use of our website and services, including the whole recruitment process. It explains how we collect, use, share, and protect the personal information you provide to us. It also explains your privacy rights and how you can exercise these rights.

 


 

Collecting personal data for recruitment and hiring process

ARGOS prévoyance SA ensures that only personal data that is strictly necessary for the recruiting purposes detailed above is processed. In addition to the information required for connecting (such as your name, email address, etc.), only information related to your expertise, skills, or professional outlook will be requested. The data we process primarily consists of the data you provide us through your application form, including all CV and other professional certificates you may join. This includes your identification data and contact data. We never request sensitive information (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sexual orientation). We advise against providing such data when using our services.

Use of these collected data

The personal information collected during your application is used with the only purpose of our  recruiting process,   ensuring the highest level of digital security throughout the whole process. They are collected by our human ressources department and shared in a restrictive manner with directors and managers who have a legitimate interest in the recruiting process only. With express consent of the candidates we also store relevant profiles in our CV-Library for potential job oppotunity in a near future. The duration of personal data conservation in the purpose is limited to a 2-years notice after the last contact. In case of hiring further personal information may be requested in order to cope with mandatory contractual and administrative procedures. These data will be kept the whole duration of the contractual relationship. Some of the data have to be stored by the employeur in a secured environnement beyond the contractual period for mandatory procedures during 5-10 years according to Swiss law.

Sharing for legal requirements

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with the law, protect our rights or property, or ensure the safety of our users.

Your rights

In accordance with regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, object, and request data portability regarding all data concerning you. You also have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, every individual has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. If you have provided consent for the processing of personal data, you can withdraw your consent at any time.
